Palâ Tipo

Pala Tipo which is Mizo called for ”Pala Dil” is the located in Near Tokalo Village in Siaha district, a few km away from the town of Siaha.

It is also the Largest Lake in Mizoram. The location of this place in particular is pretty rich in nature given the fact that it is located in the Indo-Burma biodiversity hotspot and is in abundance of verdant environs. As it is a major component of the Palak Wildlife Sanctuary, it is also blessed with a lot of flora and fauna.

130 km to the south west of the town of Siaha lies an exquisite display of biodiversity in the Pala Wildlife Sanctuary. It is situated in the Tokalo Region, which lies on the southern part of Mizoram.
